For nearly 15 years, Ruth has helped brands drive revenue and engagement through direct, digital channels and partnered with them to create world-class CRM programs. She built a fully dynamic weekly email campaign for AMC Theatres, managed countless campaigns for Verizon Wireless, and developed and operationalized marketing automation platforms for MD Anderson Cancer Centers and McDonald's. She's also instituted processes and drove change management for CRM programs for CVS Health.
